CrossFit Valkyrie had moved to a new location and needed new shirts that highlighted the town change. Instead of creating something that updated an old design with an address change, they wanted something that reflected their laid back, but intense style. An owner had wished for a something that was reminiscent of the skate graphics of the early 90s. As a kid growing up, I would buy and collect stickers from the very same shop Shepard Fairey worked at in Providence. I’ll never forget proudly displaying my favorites on my bedroom door and this was a perfect opportunity to pay hommage to those talented artists all those years ago.
